The Challenge
To effectively support global combat and mission operations, the United States Air Force relies on massive amounts of acquisition data and highly complex software applications. Leaders need accurate, real-time information to make critical decisions. However, managing these large-scale technology systems and ensuring they communicate seamlessly with other Department of Defense (DoD) networks is a major challenge. The Air Force Program Executive Office for Combat and Mission Support (AFPEO/CM) now Air Force Program Executive office for Services (AFPEO/SVS) needed a deeply trusted management consulting partner to help organize their acquisition data, technical requirements, manage system integrations, and turn raw data into clear business intelligence.
